Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great aspects. The rooms were amazing, offering direct access to the waters and beautiful scenery, although some were under maintenance during my entire stay. The service was decent, with friendly staff and available amenities, but the training seemed lacking. The location was stunning, right next to the beach, although the food was a bit of a letdown for my wife and me. The dining experience had a fantastic spread of food but came at a high price compared to what was expected. The facilities were good overall.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious with a private pool and a balcony overlooking the sea, truly a magical escape water villa. I highly recommend booking this room for a unique experience. The traditional hut-like design stood out from the typical modern resorts, giving a touch of authenticity. After a room change to 328, which was even better with a lovely beach view, my kids had a blast playing in the soft sands. A perfect beach day!
The hotel offers a perfect combination of great location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The dining experience could be improved with more variety. The facilities are well-maintained, but the Wi-Fi is not complimentary.
The hotel rooms were absolutely perfect with all the amenities we needed, but some maintenance issues were noticeable. The service was friendly and welcoming, especially Mr Ahmed, and the dining experience offered great variety. The location, though lacking some amenities like a canope, was a wonderful spot for a honeymoon. The hotel's facilities were exceptional, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Staying at the Coco Residence for my 60th birthday was a mix of highs and lows. The water villa provided a good experience with private pool, but the rooms had two dead geckos in the closet, stagnant water in the tub with bugs, and poor air conditioning during the massage session.
The hotel offers amazing rooms that are exactly as pictured but may have a sewage smell and some insects. The service is outstanding, with helpful and friendly staff, although there were occasional rude encounters. The dining experience is enjoyable with stunning views, while the facilities are top-notch. At $43.20 per person, dining may be considered a bit expensive.
The hotel had low signal strength in some rooms, and the narrow walking paths on water posed a risk for kids, especially at night. The management was unprofessional, with issues being passed around, but they compensated by charging 50% for the first day and offering a free meal. The rooms were old and in need of maintenance and the pool required work.
The resort boasts stunning private rooms but needs improvement in pest control. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially thanks to Ishaaq, Aktar, and Sara. The location offers a high level of privacy but requires mosquito repellent. The dining experience was diverse and delightful, perfect for breakfast under a shady tree. Overall, a fantastic retreat with minor room cleanliness issues.
